Labor Doula Package

We will meet in your home to discuss your birth plan, labor comfort measures, and take time to get to know each other so you can feel comfortable and prepared going into your birth. I include helpful resource packets filled with many handouts and guides for you to keep. For in-person doula support, we will have 2 prenatal visits. For virtual doula support, we will meet 3 times.

You will receive the password for my online Client Portal, where you'll find handouts and resources on all things pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and more. You'll also have access to borrow any of the 80+ books I have available in my Lending Library.

I'm available to my clients to answer any questions and offer resources and referrals as requested. Every Monday, I check in with my clients via text message to offer support and understanding throughout your pregnancy.

I will go "on call" at 38 weeks until you give birth. I'll be available and ready for whenever you go into labor and request my support.

I will arrive at your home, birthing center, or hospital whenever you request my presence and remain with you until approximately 1 hour after birth. If your birthing center or hospital are only allowing 1 birth partner and you decide to switch to Virtual Doula Support, I will stay available throughout the entirety of your birth for phone and video support.

Upon hiring me as your Labor Doula, I will immediately secure a Backup Doula at no additional cost to you. They will cover my absence should there be an emergency that prohibits me from attending part or all of your birth. I will share the Backup Doula's information with you so you can meet them. All Backup Doulas are professionals whom I've worked with before and fully trust to support you in the same ways I would.

Within the first 2 weeks after your birth, we will schedule our Postpartum Visit where I'll meet you at home to discuss your birth experience, provide lactation support, discuss your postpartum plans, and provide resources and referrals as requested.
