We’ll cover everything from physical healing timelines and breastfeeding basics to meal prep, nursery organization, and recognizing the signs of postpartum mood disorders. You’ll leave with a clear plan, practical resources, and the confidence that you’re ready for what comes after birth.

How long is the class?
This is a 4-hour private class, scheduled at a time that works for you.
Is this class in-person or virtual?
Both! You can choose in-person (at your home in the Los Angeles area) or virtual via Zoom.
When should I take this class?
Ideally in your third trimester so you can prepare before baby arrives. The meal planning and organizing tips are most useful when you have time to implement them before birth.
Is this class just about physical recovery?
Not at all! We cover physical recovery, emotional wellness, feeding preparation, meal planning, nursery organization, and building your support system. It’s about preparing YOU for the postpartum period — not just baby.
How much does the class cost?
This private postpartum healing class is $500. Payment plans are available — contact me to inquire.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance directly. However, classes are eligible for reimbursement with an HSA/FSA/HRA account. A detailed superbill can be provided upon request.
