In this hands-on class, we practice everything together at your home. Diapering, bathing, swaddling, soothing — you’ll get to try each technique with guidance so you feel like a pro before baby arrives.
I’ll also cover safe sleep practices, feeding basics, developmental milestones, and how to decode your baby’s cues. By the end of this class, you’ll feel ready for anything.

How long is the class?
This is a 4-hour private class, scheduled at a time that works for you.
Is this class in-person or virtual?
This class is in-person only, held at your home in the Los Angeles area. The hands-on nature of infant care instruction is best done in person with demonstration.
When should I take this class?
Most families take this class in the third trimester to feel prepared before baby arrives. It’s also great for new parents in the first weeks after birth.
Is this class just for first-time parents?
Not at all! Many experienced parents take this class as a refresher, especially if it’s been a few years since their last baby. Guidelines and best practices evolve.
How much does the class cost?
This private infant care class is $500. Payment plans are available — contact me to inquire.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance directly. However, classes are eligible for reimbursement with an HSA/FSA/HRA account. A detailed superbill can be provided upon request.
