How long is the class series?
This is a 5-session private series, with each session lasting approximately 2.5 hours (12.5 hours total). Sessions are scheduled at your convenience.
Is this class in-person or virtual?
Both! You can choose in-person (at your home in the Los Angeles area) or virtual via Zoom.
Do I need any prior experience with hypnosis?
Not at all! HypnoBirthing® is designed for complete beginners. I’ll guide you through every technique step by step.
Is HypnoBirthing only for unmedicated births?
No! HypnoBirthing® techniques are beneficial no matter your birth plan. The relaxation, breathing, and visualization skills help in any birth setting — hospital, birth center, or home.
Can I bring my birth partner?
Absolutely! Your birth partner plays a crucial role in HypnoBirthing®. They’ll learn how to guide you through relaxation and support you during labor.
How much does the class cost?
This private HypnoBirthing® series is $1250 per couple. Includes the official HypnoBirthing® book, audio tracks, and handouts. Payment plans are available — contact me to inquire.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance directly. However, classes are eligible for reimbursement with an HSA/FSA/HRA account. Check if your employer has Carrot Fertility — they cover childbirth education. A detailed superbill can be provided upon request.
